Dude has dissociated himself from the Director's Guild of America for his unorthodox filmmaking like he did for Sin City... Machete is also co-directed
He is also able to attract A-List actors on a low budget (Johnny Depp & Bobby DeNiro)...
He's an auteur who has become known for his constant use of Dan Trejo... this is his first lead role... Cheers

She is. She's nutty as a Christmas fruitcake, though.
This movie looks like it's gonna be damn good. I'll be checking this one out. -
Saw it last night. Overall, I give it a 6.5-7 outta 10. It had it's moments, but overall it dragged a little too much.
And Segal saying "Puneta" throughout the movie was the best part. Had me cracking up surrounded by confused white people. -
this movie look hella corny..other than washed-out DeNiro, the ? is full of secondary actors..blood and ? aside this flick looks like a whole lotta nothing..might cop the bootleg for the right price of free..

This movie was full of action and blood, but it was also hilarious.
lol at DeNiro becoming Mexican and also lol at Machete smashing that one guys wife and daughter and leaving him a tape. Good movie. -

It has a point and a relevant plot to the immigration problem.
You should give it a chance.

You kidding me? I got two 320Gb externals full of BRRips. Mostly mp4, mpeg and avi files so I can watch them straight thru the PS3 without burning them to a disc or having to watch them on a computer. My BluRay collection is immaculate - and free. lol -
i watched it 2 weeks ago and i was disappointed ...this was probably rodriguezs worst film....i have alll of his movies...the movie just seemed boring...

went and seen this with they lady and we both loved it
? was action backed and funny as hell...thing is is ridiculous as the humor got
the movie played like a straight action flick.....so many quotable
definitely worth owning and I can see this easily becoming a pulp classic
Rod did get a lil heavy handed with his message about illegels but he atleast did it in a humorus manner
