I would vote yes because him Kobe ai Vince kg timduncan carried the post Jordan era until Lebron took over, and Tmac hD a better jumpshot , shot better fg percentage , more retraining than Kobe ever was, and innovated the nba when he threw the alley oop to himself in the all star game , we haven't even seen that in the 90s.

At least T-Mac took his teams to the playoffs....and then quickly took them out of the playoffs. -

Not counting him making the playoffs as a role player with the Celtics in 09 (forgot he even played with em), he made the playoffs 4 times. Two of those times with his team having a losing record. -

Yes he is. If Yoa can get in based off of a billion chinks voting him to the all star games and never accomplishing ? in the playoffs, then yes T Mac deserves it. At one point it was Kobe and TMac 1a and 1b. The ? has more all star appearance and averaged more points, assists and rebounds than joe Dumars. He was just not on a great team to get a title.
