Now, note I said "debut this century", so everything that first aired 2000 (or, 2001 if you want to be super strict on it) is up for debate. That leaves out the giants such as Family Guy, King of the Hill, South Park, and of course, The Simpsons. That also leaves out Futurama.

Also, because I said "adult-like" shows, that takes out most of the superhero cartoons like Young Justice, Justice League/Unlimited, Teen Titans Go! (etc), which are geared towards kids.

    For me it's the boondocks. Good humor and a lot of hip hop. Was a good show and I wish they would continue it but if mcgruder isn't involved I don't think they should. I never saw season 4 I don't think. Heard it wasn't bad tho. But all the fun boondocks made about hip hop ended up coming true in some form. They were ahead of their time and despite being a comedy they had some good messages behind the episodes.

    at first I refused to watch it because it looked dumb, but this show has levels. ? will have you questioning life while crying of laughter simultaneously. I suggest you all to watch it.


    Robot Chicken and the Boondocks are a close 2nd though.

    Yeah I forgot about Rick and morty I change my vote to that. It would've been boondocks for me but the 4th season did them in on top of only having that many seasons in a 9 year timeframe. I know animation takes awhile but damn

    1) I don't know about Rick & Morty, Squidbillies, or most of those weirdo Adult Swim joints. They never had national acclaim like Robot Chicken, the Boondocks, ATHF, or even Black Dynamite in its two seasons. We'd have half the ? Cartoon Network line-up in the poll if that were the case.

    2) I have Archer and the Boondocks running almost neck and neck, but I gave Archer the nod, because it's been consistent for a longer period of time.

    Rick and Morty is the truth! I never got into the weirder Adult Swim shows so I wouldn't consider it on the weirder side like Squidbillies or Moral Oral. If you hadn't watched it, do so immediately!
