Speaking of Ramen.
Struggle Chilli Mac, if you're not from the midwest, you probably don't know what chilli mac is, this one taste just like steak in shake chilli mac.
I didn't have any Spaghetti on hand...so I used Ramen.
Not the exact measurements but in general.
Recipe:
-Sauce (make more or less as needed)
1 cup of Heinz ketchup
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce (I don't know, add to taste, you may need more or less depending)
1 Tb Brown sugar
-Meat
1 lb ground beef
1 packet of chilli seasoning, regular, mild, or hot
1/3 cup of water
cook ground beef, drain, add season packet, add water, mix, and heat on low for 5-10min
-Cook some spaghetti
Serving instructions:
Keep sauce, spaghetti, and meat separate. (or you can juts mix everything up)
Plate spaghetti, and add sauce and meat on top.
Top with parmesean or Romano cheese

My friend used to eat chili on spaghetti noodles
The chili isn't even the same as here. Where is the cumin and paprika ??? And ketchup , Worchestershire and brown sugar for a sauce ?? Uhhhhh lol
I like chili in a bowl ...Frito pie ...or on tamales or enchiladas
But on noodles ....pass. That's like trick spaghetti lol -

I cheated, cumin, paprika that was all in the chilli season packet. It was prepackaged I got from the store. I did add some paprika to the sauce though.
When doing this you just want a chilli flavored meat, not full chilli. I suppose some people use full chilli though.
The sauce sounds skeptical, but it's the truth, I couldn't believe it was the real deal until I put everything together. -
Skimmed thru. Some of yall eating good af.
