Hollywood white washing now a problem because Asians are complaining????

I'll admit to being a bit indifferent on white washing for non-historical people/events. I simply don't care how the results of someones imagination are depicted in future translations. I do have a problem with actual historic people however being portrayed inaccurately.
That said, Black folk been complaining white washing in Hollywood for how long? But when Asians start complaining, there is a whole movement starting to take place...SMH
