Idk, I am a stiff believer that if you cut out refined sugars(also* sugar alcohols, fake sugars) oats, grains and starches you absolutely will lose weight. You're body is forced to burn fat cells. It wants those carbs(which in today's society[for us anyway] food is always at our disposal) and by damn it it will eat it off you if it has to just like it will leech your stored nutrients if you don't feed it good food.

For warning tho, you cut out those things in their entirety and seven days into it a 'depressed' feeling will come at you but it passes.

You're dealing with severely obese people with obvious food addictions,

There's no such thing as an "food addiction."

    Very strongly disagree

There's no such thing as an "food addiction." Just go to Trader Joe's and made healthy food options. You're not going to be morbidly obese if you diet consists of quinoa, green leafy vegetables, various kinds of beans, vegetables, reasonable portions of meat, yogurt, eggs, and hot cereal.

The human brain would disagree with your first statement...it is possible to have a good addiction.

I'd assume they had her sign all kinds of waivers, preventing her from being able to sue. If not good luck to her.

Well they're idiots then because it's been proven that food can indeed be addictive, particularly sugar.

    Could you imagine the lawyers...

Lawyer: "On average, how many servings of vegetables DJ you have a day"

This woman: Does lettuce and tomatoes on a burger count?
