Afu-Ra dropped 'Whirlwind through cities'' in '98 but the album didn't come out until 2.5 years later....seems a bit silly with that discrepancy you can't use the track. -

Yea, that's a weird case. The only exception I see is if it was only released on a "greatest hits album" like 5 years later, then u should still be able to use it. -
