it depends on what part of florida you're considering

they are both very similar
cali has less bugs, rain, and humidity
florida isnt as dry as cali and has newer building and houses.
florida has a lot of people from the east coast.
in cali everyone over like 25 to 30 are from somewhere else and anyone under that age have never been anywhere else -
