I'm kind of over living in DC and was looking at home prices in Georgia and I seen a 3br 2ba renovated house in Decatur for like $130k. Is it country as hell there or does it have a big city vibe?

Depends on the location in GA ....lots of people live outside of the city they work in

It is country as ? and the kkk has meeting in people lunch rooms. No offense, Stay in DC. The traffic cant handle one more person. Just send me some mumbo sauce, though.

Well if you're thinking about ATL, stay in DC. Too many folks moving out here. Traffic is already bad enough. Haha nah, I'm playing. I'm a transplant myself.
Once you get 20-30 miles outside of ATL, it gets country quick. I prefer that, which is why I live 30 mins north of the A. You get that big city vibe in Atlanta. Compared to most places up north, GA is cheap as hell. My girl lived in DC, housing and just the overall cost of living is just ridiculous. Saw a damn near mansion in Fayetteville, a suburb outside of Atlanta, for around 350K. You'd have a hard time beating that unless you went even further south. -
Real talk it is that cheap depending on the area. DC is expensive as ? so......I will expound later

GA has a good cost of living.
Meanwhile, DC is expensive as ? .
So I guess you could say GA is "really that cheap"
