Hes basically saying we havent had a president to counteract these jim crow echoes in the past 8 years -
holder praised Obama in that speech as well as saying how Hillary would continue his work. he took a jab at the republican voting tactics recently and said they are like jim crow and we need someone who will not do that but that was not a shot at Obama. it was a shot at racist voting tactics.
