There was not one year in the league in his career he couldve been seen as the best player, offensively or defensively -
J Kidd got ? his first year with the Nets. I think his domestic abuse issues in early 2001 when he was in Phoenix kinda ? it up for him and it carried over IMO. Besides him I say Wade even tho the Heat wasnt a great squad when he was at his peak but he was arguably the best player in the league in the 08-09 season

Wade 08-09 season
Its arguable. He got lost in the shuffle due to the Lebron vs Kobe debates but he was up there. His game had the flair that bron didnt have and the efficiency that Kobe didnt have. To each his own tho -

? the NFL Forever for ? and ignoring Brees legacy. ? act like he is not a top 15 qb of all time. -
Chris Paul 2007-2008 season. Dude MVP was stolen by Kobe Bryant. CP3 was clearly the best player in the world that year.

Pippen led the bulls in every statistical category in 94 bulls = 55 wins 3rd seed
Pippen led the bulls in every statistical category in 95 bulls =34-33 6-7 seed.The people who stay overrating duke always omit how the bulls had 2 other all stars in 94 and added kukoc,kerr to a championship core that had been to 3 straight finals and 5 straight ecf's yet pip gets allll the credit.Pippen was never no mvp he wasn't built to lead or takeover games -

Many have said it already. But CP3 not getting MVP in 07/08 was a robbery in broad daylight. That Walt Frazier and Elgin Baylor never won any mvp's annoy me a little

Cp had a good argument too but then u can argue the lakers and the hornets would be just as bad as one another if u take cp n kobe off their respective teams.
And kobe was still a better player than cp that year too and thats without adding the lakers finished 1st in the west so it dont look like such a robbery to me but it really coulda went either way
