I remember seeing Wu Tang on New Years Eve 1993/94. It was right after 36 Chambers dropped and they were the new thing in New York. This was before Illmatic.
Anyway it was like 5 AM and Shyhiem was up there cursing up a storm saying, "? ? , ? , ? , etc." Honestly I thought it was disturbing that a lil kid would be up at that hour in a nightclub cursing like that. -
Never saw the appeal in kids acting like destructive adults in the entertainment field. I remember this joint from back in the day, but even as a kid, I thought to myself that duke was trying too hard to look bugged out and street. But then again, maybe he was. Eh, I'll pass on this one though.
