Jennifer Lopez to play Griselda Blanco in new HBO movie

Jennifer Lopez is going from Shades of Blue to lines of white powder.
E! News confirms that the actress is set to star as notorious drug lord Griselda Blanco in a TV movie she is developing for HBO.
Blanco, known as "The ? Godmother," came to rise in the 1970s and 1980s and reportedly ordered up to 200 murders during her infamous reign. After DEA agents arrested at her home in California in 1985, she was sentenced to ten years in prison before being deported to Colombia in 2004. Eight years later, Blanco was killed after being shot twice in the head in a drive-by shooing in Medellin.
Blanco is a central figure in the 2006 documentary ? Cowboys.

I remember when they were going to get Catherine Zeta-Jones to play her.
For Jennifer to pull this off, she is going to have to gain a ton of weight. I can't see her doing that. -

Is this the same project or a separate project?
I think Jones is cast for the version that's going to be in theaters...........unless that project fell through or something. -

Not sure, but I do know there is supposed to be a movie about Jon Roberts and Mickey Munday. -

Why are they supporting these criminals by doing movies about them. Because of them many have lost their life .what is wrog with our society i do not understand.

You see how her man ( The Brother) was a major part of all her current documentaries? One even came on a few hrs ago. With the way Hollyweird "White Washes" ? , I bet u a dollar to a donut they cast her love interest as Dominican or Cuban on some ? . That brother was smashing her in the PENN!!! They Gon Ivory Soap that ? . JLO ain't ? with a brother. On or off screen. It would shock the shoes offa Mr if she did.

She ? with Puff back in the day, but I see what you're saying regarding the movie.
Yeah, that Mike Tomlin looking cat was one of the main dudes pushing weight for her on the streets.
