Jonah Hill thinks that it might be time to erase the proposed Men in Black and 21 Jump Street crossover film from your memory.

Earlier this year, visit this link Sony confirmed plans for MIB 23, and visit this link EW reported that The Muppets director James Bobin was in talks to helm the film. Despite the perceived progress on the unorthodox crossover, Hill says that he isn’t sure how realistic the project is. “I had the idea,” visit this link Hill told the Toronto Sun. “But I doubt the movie will get made.”

Hill, who has been given co-story credit on 21 Jump Street and 22 Jump Street, wondered if it was possible for such a big project to maintain the tone of the previous films. “They’re trying to make all the deals, but it’s kind of impossible with all the Men in Black stuff,” he said. “The Jump Street films were so fun to make, and the whole joke of them was they were making fun of remakes and sequels and reboots, and then now it’s become a giant sequel, reboot. It’s almost become what we were making fun of, and it’s hard to maintain that joke when it’s so high-stakes.”

The end credits of 22 Jump Street showed Hill and Tatum being recruited for a never-ending string of sequels, each one more ridiculous than the last.

Whether or not crossover movie gets made, visit this link Sony has a female-centric Jump Street spin-off in the works.
