My friend convinced me to get one a couple months ago. The plastic clip on the bottom that holds the band on started breaking me out on my wrist.. stopped ? with it. I might ? with it again though and just not sleep in it.

Which is best for the value?
i prefer the Alta.
its cheaper
the alta has everything the surge offers except for the HR montior & flight of stairs counter to my understanding
the alta isnt as bulking as the surge which is effectively more of a watch vs the alta which is more like a 'live strong' rubber band -

? I beat that while at work. I walk about 10,000 steps a day then I go run 3 1/2 miles.

I got 17,000 or more steps each day while at Disney for four days straight. Still doesn't beat my record of 24,000 steps. -
this gonna be fun.
my daily goal is 10K but i am usually able to pull 60k -70k during a workweek (work in NYC and do alot of walking) -
