Yo..,
Ever peep that mufucka at work that wants to climb up the ladder so bad, that they jump into every problem that has eyes on it. Always in the bosses office, always standing at the door of other deparments but their own. Always trying to be apart of a commitee?
Ever peep how the minute they get in over their head. Their problem now becomes your because they just shift blame to your deparment and off of them and theirs? They start chain emails with the higher ups CC'd in them while low key putting the fix on your shoulders.
Like you dont already have your own work load that you didnt "volunteer" to do. Every week they send out that email asking for updates, mean while they havent done ? themselves about anything.
Ever peep how gratifying it is when the issue falls back at their feet cause they had the ability to take care of it but instead, shifted it on to u and yours.
Ever peep them after that in the back of the room tryna hide at all employee meetings?
