Could you and are you emotionally strong enough to separate his/her work from real life? What if you and him/her had a chemistry, real love. Would that make it better? Anyway, I think the issue with porn stars is more about their mindset and/or emotional problems that even lead them to a life of porn in the first place. There's a reason why promiscuity is a sign of a host of different mental illnesses, it shows a lack of control similar in any kind of addiction. Not even to touch on the unhealthy attitude towards sex and sexuality that it breeds.
Could there be a porn star that could have healthy and stable relationships regardless of their occupation, sure, but I think they'd be the scant exception versus the rule
Also it'd be one thing to deal with a partner's issues in the privacy of one's relationship, but there's no hope of that when everywhere you go a lot of people are gonna know all his or her sordid business.
