Since his inception in our eyes he has stood out. He was the shiner in NWA with his rhymes and grittiness. He shined going solo with speaking up for social issues, classic rap battles with Common and others, and in movies he glowed as first starring as Doughboy the young knucklehead that later grew up and represented urban youth at the time. Then he shined as Craig in Friday which showed the world Cube is not just a rapper but he is funny as hell too. He has so many classic rhymes, music videos and movies we forget all the greatness he has done.

Cube is an icon no doubt. His pen game helped make another iconic career (Eazy E). His first few albums are classic material that challenged everyone white & black to open they're eyes. The movie career is icing on the cake.
