Pharrell, Skate board P, voice of the Neptunes and leader of the N.E.R.D.S. He has had many hits. Put the Clipse and Kelis on, and produced Nore biggest songs. He worked with Nas, Jay-z, lil Kim, Kanye, Snoop Dog, TI and the list goes on. Pusha T called him the best rapper he ever heard. But is he a Dope or wack. What you think?

He's a legend on the boards period and he has his moments rapping. Im gonna need a link on pusha t calling him the best Rapper he ever heard.ain't no way in hell

He's decent with the bars from what I've heard over the years but I think he's a better singer than a rapper...

Wack Mc and Dope ProducerOf course on the boards he can't be denied, but as an MC he's too hit and miss. Sometimes P will come on a track and completely demolish it, sometimes he'll be so wack he can ruin a song. Same with his singing. Him singing a hook is great, but a full song of it can be overkill. Still a GOAT though.
