Insurance my guy. I get rental insurance no matter where I move. Signing up for rental insurance was apart of the lease for this one complex I lived in. After I unloaded some of my stuff and went to return the u-haul, somebody immediately broke in and stole some ? . Thankfully I was able to replace almost everything within 2 weeks. Since then, I always get insurance. -

It rained non stop literally from earlier Saturday morning to about 4pm today in Austin. Far as I know only one area of the city is flooded and schools are closed tomorrow. Kind of got off easy -

Roads are slick and a lot of people are without power
We live on a hill so I feel safe at home. And everyone I know in Rockport and Houston area are safe. Their stuff may be gone or ruined but they are ok
