What it might lack for you is the fact his albums are not just like his mixtapes!
The biggest factor in that is the fact that he couldn't get a lot of samples cleared, which we know is a staple of his production. That takesaway/affects your listening experience due to what your accustomed too from him.
Also, he prolly made a conscious decision (more so due to the label) to make a couple more radio friendly jawnts, which could have come across a lil' forced and that usually doesn't reach desired results. -
Underground Kingz is the greatest double disc ever imo

I know were goin' off subject, but I'd put "Tru 2 Da Game" right up there w/ one of, if not the best double discs.
I don't know how old you are, but when that ? came out, it had an impact like no other. Nikkas rode that album out for damn near 2 years straight, no hyperbole!

Yea 90% of the one they shoulda just chosen the best 12 songs and had one great albums. That said 2 discs of new Krit pretty much guarantees some heat so I'm excited -

This a double disc so with the new rules he'll likely go gold, platinum if he don't give this ? away for free......
From here on out KRIT should never again give any albums away for free. I know it sounds harsh but labels will never be able to push him to the heights we all know he's capable of it he can't get that one key aspect of business right....
I don't care how good the product is you do not give the work away for free.
Gonna b hard, he's Indy now so his distribution n promo won't be as good as def jam even if that was lackluster, sure wishing the best for him tho -

I guess u forgot that Bertelsmann was a major outfit before the merger with Sony Music back in the early aughts (2000s). In 2017, I don't really know what the new BMG's track record is, but they definitely have the bread to do things right like they did with Arista, RCA, Jive and Verity back in the day. The only thing concerning to me is that that past BMG's staff might not be as up to par or business savvy, not to mention music's current climate (aka ? is waaaaaaay different than it was back in the day). Krit's a smart dude, I'm sure he chose them for a reason. The difference is he back then he had Cinematic AND Def Jam (and UMG by extension) all seated at the table, now it's just him. -
i expect a classic , now def jam aint hold him back...
