After watching the video, it definitely seems like she's overdoing it by talking about getting the cops involved. The man apologized. It sounds like she's making him pay for something personal, like losing her other daughters.

The man was unprofessional. The proper thing to do would be to take the issue to his manager.
But clearly the woman was triggered by things that had nothing to do with the situation at hand, in addition to being a Christian. And we all know Christians are ? lunatics. -

Like some stated already in this thread, it's obvious that not just his comments triggered her emotion. Whatever happened to her other daughters must have been due to domestic violence or ? from my guess.
The guy was wrong but her taking things to the lengths that she is doing because of a comment could drastically alter a whole family's life. -
#1 - He apologized, he said he was wrong and apologized profusely. All the rest of the ? she was on was completely unnecessary and done strictly to get likes on social media.

Why? I think as a man you should always concern yourself with who's daughter you are talking to. But there are so many single mothers that dudes will talk to females recklessly.
