In my top ten
-
Nope. I feel like he can do better even tho I enjoy his music
-
Hell nah. Malice brought out the best of him.
-
Yes. I always thought clispe was a mediocre duo. Him breaking away from Malice made him a better rapper IMO.
-
His best potential was as part of the Clipse duo so no.
-
Nah... subjective matter way too repetitive and very little growth shown in the 15 years he’s been on. It feels like his guest verses are all his best verses.
-
Probably not, but "Alone In Vegas" is my ? either way.

SURPASSED EXPECTATIONS....
LYRICALLY...HE'S ALWAYS BEEN NICE...
BUT THE MUSICAL CHOICES HE MADE AS A SOLO ARTIST HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN MOST OF HIS PEERS. MAKING HIS ? THAT MUCH DOPER. -
Surpassed imo. I have always been a Clipse fan but the fact that he's gotten pretty far without really showing much growth content wise is pretty impressive. I could tell in the lyrics when Malice was starting to venture out of the braggadocio dope boy rhymes but Push has been the model of consistency good or bad. I still mess with his music but I don't bump it for anything introspective
-
Yes .... great job
-
hes been around longer than he should have
-
u gotta consider all the competition ... from the different eras
-
No.... ppl mention as if hes on a higher level than most rappers...and i dont see it
Doesnt mean he doesnt make good music...but he aint going down as a legend or anything -
Don't forget fear of ? 2 also that ? was dope....lyrically he is a beast
-
Niggga stay talkin that subject matter ? . Rap fans so trash.
-
When you consider that The Funeral came out in 99, I’d say Pusha T definitely surpassed his expectations. -
Exodus...
-
Top 10
-
Push wordplay is sick and imo got sicker over the years
-
I wish he had more solo content but his catalogue is solid, subject matter be damned. If he can drop another few solid solos he'll have live up to it, I don't think he's there yet.
-
"Yves Saint Laurent knitted, shorts Bermuda, you would they was Pucci if you overlooked Medusa"
This is 2003. He is that guy. -
His releases were overhyped and underwhelming but his pen game is top ten.
-
He's a great rapper but I never expected him to be a star, so I'd say he is exactly where I thought he'd be.
