"Chuckie" vs "Murder Avenue"

If you didn't understand my username, it's drawn from two Bushwick Bill songs, "Chuckie" and "Murder Avenue". And this thread's question is which one do you think is better?
For me, Chuckie beats Murder Avenue by a small bit because the lyrics are so perfectly done in their over-the-top manner and that creepy beat is simply awesome. Those of you who haven't heard either before, feel free to check 'em out:
