Rah Digga is hands down a better rapper than Minaj & I don't think that anyone how really knows hip-hop would disagree with that.Excluding Kam because we all know his position, who thinks nikki can get with rah digga when it comes to spitting? I'll bet my house note on rah digga.....she got a better emcee name and a better flow...of course rah digga has more longevity and she actually put out a HIP HOP album, not that POP RAP MUSIC that Nikki wll be giving to the world in november... -
