Reading that article, he does seem to hint that MS was doing them ? on some corporate ? , but them ? went and partnered with Activision....
ACTI-? -VISION.
The same Activision that's getting sued right now for withholding paychecks, The SAME Activision whose CEO said he wants to take all the fun out of game development,The same Activision who readily admits to only wanting to put out franchises that are easily exploitable......
That's like moving out of a country to get away from the Dalai Lama's rulership to Moving to WWII era Germany under ? 's rulership.
That's like dumping your passive asian girlfriend for an overbearing hoodrat chick with six kids who takes money out your wallet everyday and uses your car to go ? her baby daddies.

1. They have been out of their deal with M$ for 3 years and the Halo story ended with 3. Nobody made them do ODST or Reach.
2. He is simply talking about sales. Now that their next game will be cross platform he feels they can sell more. Fascinating concept.
3. Halo: Reach, being "held back" with 1.2 million pre-orders in counting. These other studios got all they freedom...will when they do it? -
