Top 3 things I accomplished this week.
1.) Bought 100 shares of VZ, 50 shares of NFLX & MSFT - Waiting on that company that dropped the new IPO to open up in March. I'll tell ya'll how that goes.
2.) Qualified for my free companion pass for SW.
3.) Created a book for my hubby, mailed it to all his highschool homies/ex's so they can sign, put their own pics and ISH in it for valentines day.
Now... watching this game. Steelers all day but, Falcons better take this.
Verizon is around $50/share........so 100 shares is $5,000.
Netflix is $140/share, so 50 shares is $7,000.
Microsoft is $65/share.....and, therefore, 50 shares is $3,250.
Grand total of roughly $15,250.

We also looked into the purchase of an apartment building, but we will see how that pans out later this year.

I've had Netflix for a while, but I missed out on Microsoft and Verizon because they had been stagnant for so too long.
Thinking about making a move on AT&T because their stock should take off over the next few years if the merger with Time Warner gets approved.
I have been thinking about getting into Real Estate, but I'm a little bit hesitant to make that move. -

AT&T is a smart buy, but watch Charter and how they/we deal with the completion of the merge with Time Warner Cable. That will give you an idea of the debt ration AT&T will have to deal with if they purchase Time Warner Cable X.
I have my hands in Time Warner cable X through employment and I am "deep" into Charter as well so if the Verizon deal goes through I'm set for at least 5 years. All that dang money I've been handing over employed with them better pay off. lol
I am thinking about making an investment thread, or if there is already one open, please send it over.
I am no professional, but I have made a few beneficial buys/sells in the past year. ;-)
