SMH at the Rays giving away 20,000 free tickets

Why are people in Tampa so uninterested in the Rays especially with the team winning the past 3 seasons. Their last home game didnt even have 13,000 people in attendance. The only reason that I keep hearing people give is that its due to the stadium. Can someone explain what is so bad about the ballpark that would keep fans away. Im sure the ticket prices are cheap
