Do people really change once they are an adult

Do people change that much from the age of 25 to the age of 30. Does the way they look at their world, or their taste in the opposite sex change or remain the same
I personally feel as though once a person hits about 22-23, however; they are as a person, for the most part that is how they will be for the remainder of their life

When I was 18-19-20-21 I was waaaaaay worse than I am now.I dont think the same/act the same.Dont hardly talk to the same people no more -

I am still changing for the better
there's alot of things that have influenced my change
knowledge and wisdom will always make u change -
nope cause theres some adults who are some big ass kids ,still cant find a man ,always talkin about people,and still sleeping around with multiple people like they missing something
