GameDev Story - Create your own games company going through the last 20 years...

So, yesterday I sat down and played GameDev Story on the iPhone. It has very basic graphics, but apart from that it's one of the most addictive games I've ever played.
Basically, you start off in a small office hiring a number of employees and then start developing your own games. You get to choose the genre and how it's made among other things and there's loads to do that lead to making a great flagship game for a console. The funny thing about it, is that gamings biggest companies and games throughout the last 20 years are all here. They've just changed the names around a bit like Sonny instead of Sony.
Anyways, I'm going back on it because it's genius but I found a review here (get past his annoying voice) and take a look...
All iPhone/iPodTouch/iPad owners, get it.

You got an iPhone or iTouch?
I just finished the game, spent about 10 hours on it I think, but I'm going to play through it again. Got two different Hall of Fame games and made 5 sequels of one of them... specialised in life games as well as action games...
Going to take the next company in a different direction and hopefully train someone to make me a games console.
