G.O.O.D. Music:
Kanye West - Herald, main producer
Common - living legend
Mos Def - living legend
Big Sean
CyHi Da Prince - Southern rapper
Pusha T
Kid Cudi
Consequence
Shady Records:
Eminem - Herald, living legend
Kon Artist/Mr. Porter
Kuniva
Joe Budden
Crooked I - Westcoast rapper
Joell Ortiz
Royce Da 5'9"
Now I'm going to put this out there so yall don't start stanning. In terms of marketability, GOOD Music has Shady beat. Eminem is the only rapper on there with a huge NON-INTERNET fanbase. GOOD Music on the other hand has Kanye, Common, and Cudi. In terms of utilizing the talent of the roster, Kanye has already surpassed Eminem. Slaughterhouse will sit on the shelf just like D12. With all that being said,
I think Shady Records' emcees have the slight edge in terms of sheer lyrical talent. But they have no in-house producer worth mentioning.
Oh yeah and Fonzworth Bentley >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. Bizarre

I knew I forgot somebody... Consequence too. I'm starting to reconsider cause that tips the scale in GOOD's favor. If Cyhi, Pusha, and Sean can remain consistant and/or improve, then they'll be well on their way to the notoriety of Slaughterhouse. -

Now what? Every region has it's typical rapper, including the South and Westcoast. Cyhi doesn't fit the mold of a Southern rapper. He's more Midwest, just like Jay Electronica is moreso Eastcoast than his actual region. -
fresh vibrate headnoddin >>>>>>>>>>>> stale predictable sing along chous and hooks

I got one that kind of ends this thread..how about...u listen to whatever artist or artists u prefer...
and i dont remember budden, royce 5 '9 or any of the slaughter house offically signing with shady.... -
may not lyk kanye but Good music takes it. However Shady i believe has more records sold though and will continue to reign due to the fact they have 50.
-
if we talkin about a battle, no question Shady wins
if we talkin about better music and albums, no question Good Music wins.. -
This is not even a contest to me. Shady crew, Em is gonna carry the team on his back. GOOD music gang, all dem ? can carry they own. I was seriously sleepin on Big Sean, he the truth. Even tho I'd take J.Cole over him.
-
who the ? does shady records have besides 50 and em? slaughterhouse still aint official
-
G.O.O.D. music in every possible category.

Guess I jumped the gun, cause I figured they'd get their business ? together by now. Cause without Slaughterhouse, Shady Records is kinda laughable. -
