if a brave warrior and champion being brutally pummeled to death while defending the honor of his country, his wife, and his friend does not stir any emotion, but some hoes doing whatever waiting to exhale is about does, i recommend professional help.

the wrestler almost got me too.

apparently when i'm sleep deprived i become emotional...carl thomas.
i hadn't slept in three days because i'm an insomniac (literally awake for 72 hours).
man, i cried while watching Up. Yes...the Pixar movie.
those cartoon people loved each other so damn much, dawg. u don't see love like that in real life.
and when the stupid dog hid under the porch and said "I'm sorry, I hid under your porch because I love you..." I couldn't deal, son.
then when the old dude was flippin' through his adventure book and found the page where his wife wrote "have your own adventure"...

man, f*** that beautiful movie. had me going through some changes...Ledisi

    Never seen it.

Don't waste your time, it's a Terry McMillan movie. All the brothers in it are dogs, prefer white women, junkies, ? , or they're sorry in bed. Although Lela Rochon and Angela Bassett would have gotten it.

The Wrestler is a very touching film. Even parts that arent sad are sad. like how he always got love from other wrestlers. and how he took time to play with the kids. and when he was rocking out with the stripper when they went to have a beer.

but the part that got me was when he slapped his elbows for the last time and you could see on his face that he knew it.

really? that movie was weak to me. they tried too hard to make the audience get emotional and cry. my eyes were dry as sandpaper when the lil girl died. call me cold hearted, but idgaf.
