for a girl turning 19. i cant think of anything to get my girlfriend.. besides the obvious choices like clothes, cards, etc.

I think a necklace would be better. earrings can be hit and miss. She may be able to wear the necklace with more things than the earrings. -

well go to the mall or something. idk when her birthday is but i was at the mall yesterday and the sales are like black Friday already. Plus you'll be sure it looks right in person and that she gets it on time. -
Like the ladies have mentioned, a neckless or earrings would be nice..
Also if she's into reading books, you can go to barnes and nobles buy her a book related to medical field..
But you can't go wrong with cute earrings or neckless, better yet a set of earrings and neckless together would be nice.. -
