Ive always been a stand up guy, Worked hard and always put others first but like ? even superman had his limits right?
It seem no matter how hard i work or how well i play the game of life someone out there beats me to the prize.

Example: I work fulltime as a correctional officer and im going to school for my BA in criminal justice and still make time to have a personal life.

I was given a promotion at work and after a bunch of other correctional officers got upset with it, they ? to the union and the union took it away from me. Now Im out a extra 11 grand because a bunch of lazy ? got there feelings hurt.

I ? hate unions!

why are you ? on all unions when your problem is with one specific union?

You should look into legal action. It's a catch 22 with unions. Workers need an organization that's going to look out for their well being. You can't count on management to do the right thing as far as workers are concerned, but in some instances unions over reach and end hurting the same people they're intending to help. Part of the reason why country is ? up financially is because the benefits and pensions that states and the government offers it's workers. In 2010 a unions primary focus is maintaining it's power base and influence, not improving working conditions for its members.
