story was one of the most underrated of all time
everything they did in the first episode had somethin to do wit episodes that didn't come out until years later

Red Tornado always dies in the comics and comes back he is a robot.
I dont see anyone dying on the squad though. -

this how cartoons get canceled prematurely.
They dont have enough episodes ready before they debut the season, the drop half the season, go into hiatus, lose most of their audience and return to poor ratings. On top of that it seems like they are always subject to crazy shifts in timeslots.
