Na, college isn't for everybody. But I hate how some people that are either too lazy to go or can't offord it, try to act like they are more enlightened than the people that DO go college. We can't all be Bill Gates and become a billionaire without finishing up college. But numbers don't lie, the average College graduate makes more than the average person who did NOT attend college.

Cosign, regardless of their goals, aptitude, handicaps, or finances; every single human being needs to go to college.

Nah college ain't for everyone b/c with college you have to stay focused and it's a lot of determination involved and it's real easy to just say ? it. Based on the times we are in now it's getting to the point that almost every job you apply for now requires some type of degree.

college is good for most american's with jobs being very scarce.

I also think it's good because it introduces people to a whole new way of thinking.
It also opens up lots of new opportunities.

I'm sure you can be a successful construction worker, or something like that, but why limit your self.

also even tho bill gates didn',t graduate I wouldn't bet on him employing some random guy with no degree to a high paying job, over a random guy with a degree.

    if you're not....

    A.) a consistant dedicated A+ student
B.) coming froma family has the money to send you to college
    or
C.)100% positive that you know the career direction you're going in

I wouldn't reccomend college right out of highschool....

there are fartoo many ppl who go to college just because they feel like theyre supposed to and mess up their future much more than they improve it

it all depends on if you know exactly what you wanna do

if you are getting a degree in something thats gonna be your vocation then that's great

if you go and are learning ? that you aren't gonna use then..............eh tough break

it just depends on the person and what they wanna do

i disagree strongly with the all those...aside from the 2nd one those are all bad reasons to NOT go to college...and to you idiots that will or have named celebrities or millionaires that didn't go to college think about how rare it is to be that successful in general let alone w/o a college degree...

If you can experience College especially going away for school you should do it. But in my experience it's more of who you know that what you know.
