The reason I say the things I do
Same reasons why the sky is grey & sometimes blue
Same reasons why a ? head gets high, same reasons folk with weak immune systems get the flu.
Maybe I'm a angel

Who's gonna rep for all the trife ? & da shallow girls?
Mabey I say em cause that's how I feel
Neva been one to hold my tongue, always kept it real
I stayed true when everyone around me turned fake
Punk-ass ? turned to rattle snake
Perhaps I say the things I do Cause I roll 1 deep, I'm my own crew
Who can I trust on this hell bound planet
My 40 cal equipped with 14 in the clip, 1 in the hole dammit!
I once heard we were a dying breed
Then we excelled, like track stars high off speed
Remember they said we wouldn't make it to see 21?
Well I'm 33 muthafucka look at my progress & where I come from
From weed to ?

? to handle bars
Handle bars to X
X to drank
We still here......
So what's the reasons I say the things that I do??
Me & my people are overcomers...... we overcame being deprived of our civil rights
We took a stand & neva gave up our fight
We overcame drugs
Though the epidemic looked bleak
? was a monster
It terrorized our streets
We overcame government engendered diseases

Mad Cow disease
Foot and mouth disease
Mail-borne anthrax
West Nile virus
SARS
The list goes on & so do we....
