tavis is just a dope with a tv show
west is one of the premiere philosophers of our day -
No disrespect to Mr. West or any other great philosophers. But why do they always look like they just did a 3 month bid in the loony bin and developed Parkinsons while in there? Does thinking too much ? you up physically and mentally?

I'm just saying, he along with most other philosophers I've seen all have similar characteristics. Un-kept hair (or A wild ass afro in Mr. Wests case), they be shaking like they have Parkinsons, and if you sat down to discuss Sundays football games and nothing else you'd think they were crazy. -

the way philosophers deconstruct popular sports really drives sports fans up the ? wall
they hate to confront the reality that their fat immobile ass is living vicariously through a team they have nothing to do with but pledge heartfelt allegiance to -
Props on the video...

Idk but I just looked at the Harvard philosophy faculty and most of them look pretty normal to me (as do the other philosophers I've seen, from what I can recall): http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~phildept/faculty.html Which philosophers shake like they have Parkinson's? -

I'm talking true philosophers not teachers in the field.
Plato
Aristotle
Alfred North
John Dewey
Martin Heidegger
They all look crazy. North and Heidegger had the shakes terribly. And based on the writings of Plato he either had tremors in his hand or wrote while moving around. -

All those philosophers taught. Your distinction between "true philosophers" and " teachers in the field" is untenable.
