I Need To Stay My Azz At Work SMH

I work for a sprint call center(easy job) Im supposed to work 40 hours a week, but i never do and everytime i get my check i SMH knowing what couldve been. Its hard to not leave early, especially when they encourage it but damn if it aint hurting my checks. The only thing that could ever make me like staying at work was if there was a bad chick there or something. I currently work 8-5 everyday and off tues and thurs. I might just drop monday and do 32 hours/week. What yall think?
