I dont like it. There is no groove in the drum pattern.
The chops are okay but overall, not one of your best efforts. -

Now Im feeling this. This is on some 90s ? backpack ? .
Its almost the way I was gonna flip mine but I had an alternative pattern I'll work with.
My only critique is the horn stabs are overkill. A little bit more of the sample rockin out without the horns would be good.

The mix is bad. The sample is too high and the drums are too low.
I had to turn down the volume to tolerate the horn riff but the drums are now non-existent.
Nice choice on the loop but the beat is too short to peep any variations. -
