She'd been actin' suspicious lately, sayin' she's kinda busy w/ work and all. So one day, we finally meet up and I ask her if she's seein' someone else. She then starts cryin' sayin' "It wasn't supposed to be this way. Not for us." I get choked up too and ask "who is it?". Then her manager from her job appears outta the blue and put his arm around her. I then do some corny ? and shake his hand and say "Congratulations man. You've got a great girl. Treat her well." He was like "You got it." Then she hugs me and asks "are we still going to be friends ??" I was like "Forever".
