Bruh... When I worked at Hardee's in high school we had a ? cat working there for a lil bit. I didn't get a lot of shifts with him, and I really don't know if he had downs syndrome, autism or was just ? , but I know that muhfucka showed up to work early for his shift, worked hard as hell, and always had a smile on his face. -

I have somebody very VERY close to me who has autism. They're on the higher end of the spectrum. Motor skills and learning skills are delayed, but he can memorize a book just from it being read to him a few times. Autism is a gift and a curse depending what part of the spectrum the person is. -

U'r in sales / Account Management and u create a plot to fail undetectable to manage and so brilliantly put together they almost work harder to try and keep you. I want out, unemployment in the meanwhile while I search on MY time. Dead end jobs equal an even more dead end lifestyle.

True, when I worked at Cosi (restaurant similar to Panera Bread) I had a manager that was a year younger than me. When I found that out I was like "damn I really need to finish school and get a job that is higher on the totem pole." -
