Jiren over thinks his attacks thats his only weakness. Beerus is too afraid of zeno to intervene. Gohan cant lacks training piccolo is weaker than krillin 17 & 18 lack training. Goku has potential but lack discipline. Vegeta is a master in combat but could not defeat HIT and decided not to train while his daughter was born but made up for it in time chamber but he trained alone. Rip U7

I think we're reading into it all wrong, in the original comment about it the scans said that "Goku runs out of options collapses and then suddenly a never before seen ki emerges from his body". I don't think it'll have anything to do with the spirit bomb.
Also I think the Vegeta episode will be the one to combat Kale, Cabba and Caulifla and probably eliminate them OR figure out the way to eliminate Jiren. As I've said, I still think Gohan will be the deciding factor in U7 winning the tournament either through some stroke of genius or him going berserk.
