    Having Melo at the 4 makes sense defensively too. Have PG13 and Roberson chase around the two best opposing premiter players, and Steven Adams protect the rim, and Melo only have to stay with his man who is gonna at best be 3 or 4th option for the team other team and he might just be an average defender.

    he's getting older. the wear and tear of guarding the pfs in the West would diminish his output over a season. the floor would be open offensively because okc has 3 iso players, so instead of posting up and can work on the wings who he could just pull up on.

    Fair enough. It helps that he'll be matched up with guys like jamychal green, rudy ? , Harrison barnes, Paul millsap, ryan Anderson, etc though


    Guys like ed Davis and skal labissere getting taken off the dribble though and back downed for the post fadeaway
