I don't buy the ? story that he didn't know the car was stolen and that's why he told the cops who sold it to him.

Chances are the ? knew damn well the cars he was buying was stolen and when he got touched, he decided to snitch thinking the Russian was a soft ? .. So ? him, that's how it goes when you dabble in street ? that you KNOW is illegal. pay the piper ? .
