A bit overrated imo. Solid, but not classic. 3.75 stars

But you bumped Nupac the whole summer.
Beta music taste

Swimming Pools the only good song on this wack album

Classic album, his best joint. "Good kid" my favorite track off this, so was "real" for a while, really liked the message and song structure of it, along as the message. His mom n dad coming in n talking is GOAT, that ? his mom's starts saying about him coming back home always make me feel like I should b doing more

Classic Album! Felt like you was watching a movie about a teenager in Compton, without actually seeing it (Theater of the Mind). Every song was solid. And he sort of did the same thing on TPAB with the poem/2Pac conversation. In my opinion, he's 3 for 4 when it comes to making classic albums. And Section 80 was close to being one too.

I listened to it for a couple of weeks, but I don't go back to it a lot. But it's still one of the best of 2017.
The only classic album Jay-Z made to me was The Blueprint.

Kanye's my beautiful twisted....were the two best albums to come out this decade. In order. Good kid being number 1. Life is Good is up there too -
Gotta let this 4:44 cook longer to see how it holds up. All those 3 albums I mentioned earlier have aged wonderfully.

This album was a classic, a narrative, with other narratives intertwined. And it provided a true perspective of a young black man in compton, a young black man in the hood going through what he go through. I used to carry a tec, no bullshittin because I always feared them 2 black hoodies, I always knew ? was shiesty and to prepare for it. The first 2 verses on sing for me havent been topped since as far as painting a picture of adolescent mindsets when society fails them. I'm about to put it in repeat, me and my daughter bout to let this ? rock lol. I'm sick of sesame street anyway.
