The tape more than likely real the rumor has always been that J Lo was the do whatever to get on type and used to get ran through during the Hammer Fly girl era -

Irv a fool. This might be a top 3 drink champs episode. That Dame ? was hilarious. ? clearly still hates 50 cent. He was smart to study Dre and figure out how to surround himself with people who could play instruments and make them sound how he heard it in his head.
Another gem was him saying he would listen to certain albums over n over again to figure out why they "worked". -
