I've only seen the lion king, which was amazing. Never been interested in seeing anything else tbh.

Maybe if I lived in NY or London where ? like that is regular, I'd probly go more.

I saw Hair when I was younger, it pretty awesome actually, they were interactive with the audience. Its not my thing to go out and do but I got nothing against them.

Me and my mom see a bunch of plays, usually like 3-4 a year. Most recent one i watched was "To ? a Mockingbird" which was pretty good.

We took my little brothers to go see this Live action Graphic novel, it was really awesome how they did it. I cant remember the name of it, but they had a gigantic screen behind them, then a cast of voice actors who would read their lines and the comicbook would be projected on the screen and change as the actors progressed their script. They also had a person sitting to the side that was surrounded by a ton of random stuff. Drums, kitchen utensils, and weird instruments, but she was the sound person and would make sounds to add dramatic effect to the story. An example, say someone in the story fell off of a cliff, she would do the whistling noise of someone falling, similar to wiley coyote when he falls in the roadrunner cartoon. It was really awesome how it was presented.

Seen a bunch of other ones but i cant remember them all.

We bought tickets to go see the play Little Shop of Horrors, but it doesnt come to town until February. Excited af for that though.

also seen a few super small plays, like one man shows or plays with small casts that play multiple characters.

Also went and seen a local improv group we have here in town, they were pretty funny. Few stand up shows too.

Honestly don't even remember lion king

Rocketts was cool though and yeah obviously it was during the Christmas season I wanna say right after Thanksgiving so the prices were on the low low

I would do Broadway more if either me or mine liked plays like that

I love plays, but I'm split on musicals, some are real good, others I can't stand. My mom is an English teacher and we live near the Stratford festival so we go at least 3 or 4 times a year. Usually we see Shakespeare, like Antony and Cleopatra which were played by black actors this season

As for musicals I prefer to watch them as movies vs live. My favorite ever is probably Cabaret, it's about decadent 30's Berlin around the ride of the Nazis. All the songs are great and it's just overall entertaining. Liza minelli kills it in that one

Went to see Macbeth. It was actually dope. They don't call it Macbeth, they call it The Scottish Play. Its an old superstition about the name being cursed.

was on a cruise ship like a decade ago and walked into the theater where they had a musical that basically took a piece of some of the big broadway shows. On paper it sounds lame as ? but seeing those people work their ? off for a performance on a damn cruise ship was pretty inspiring. Haven't seen any since though.
