That’s why brotha @aneed123 gone be in charge of the veggies and drank. He the ? you got to stand by the grill with and let him know after a few minutes to flip the meat over. You tell him that and he like “naw, that there ain’t done...leave it on on the grill bout 5 more mins.”

MediumYea, now I like my hot dogs a lil burnt or blackened. That’s that char right there...it give em a lil flavor. Made some brats last weekend. Slit em up down the middle and put some onions and parmesan in those bad boys

Medium RareI like my veggies to have a little burn to them. Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli sometimes. Grilled asparagus is GOAT. Like a little burn on chicken thighs too.
