I just dont see why we need to be forced to place these people on a pedestal when all they did was take a job.
We sposed to pretend everyone in the military is superman tryn to defend what is right in the world lol FOH
A fireman or a paramedic deserves a "holiday" more than military imo

They aint special... Matter of fact all military members i know either joined for a guaranteed paycheck (pre-9/11) or they crazy and wanted to bust guns

I love to read people's opinions on this topic cuz most times there is a back story to why a ? is so mad
it's one thing to join, it's another to stay in and serve
I agree that vets shouldn't just get automatic hero worship.........but I don't remember none of these same ? complaining also being mad at the chance of taking the day off for Columbus day tho
just sounds like maybe a Soldier smashed ur main chick in the back of his charger/camaro and u still feeling a way about it :joy: -
